Withdrawal Policy

1. General Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

2. Important Note on App Store and Google Play

No payments are made on the website or in the PWA. Paid Казки та Розмальовки features are purchased exclusively through App Store or Google Play.

If a purchase or subscription is made through App Store or Google Play, cancellation, subscription management, and refunds are handled according to the rules of the relevant store. We do not process the user's payment card and cannot directly cancel a subscription purchased through Apple or Google.

3. Digital Content

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may expire early if the user expressly agreed that access to digital content begins before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and confirmed that this causes the loss of the right of withdrawal once access begins.

4. Recommended Consent Before Premium Access

I expressly agree that Казки та Розмальовки starts providing digital content before the withdrawal period expires. I understand that I lose my right of withdrawal once the digital content starts being provided.
